Frequently asked questions
What does Euxine Digital do?
We develop AI data center capacity: securing power and sites, packaging financing, pre-leasing capacity to tenants, and delivering facilities through our sister EPC company, ConstraCore.
Where does the name come from?
The Greeks called the Black Sea Pontos Euxeinos, the hospitable sea. The name reflects how we want to work, as the partner that is easy to deal with and delivers, and our focus on the region rather than a single country. We also run a parallel domestic program in the United States.
Which markets are you active in?
We evaluate opportunities in Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Türkiye, Ukraine and Georgia, and are developing a behind-the-meter program in the United States. Each market is scored for power availability, political and regulatory risk, and financing eligibility before we commit.
How do you finance projects?
Depending on the project, through U.S. export credit (Export-Import Bank of the United States), development finance, commercial bank debt and private placements. Lenders require signed capacity commitments, so we pre-lease capacity before financial close.
Can I reserve capacity before a facility is built?
Yes. Tenants can submit a non-binding capacity letter of intent that reserves priority on a future phase. It converts into a lease as power, permitting and financing milestones are met.
Does each company get its own space?
Yes. At our underground Moldova site every client company receives its own physically separated suite of AI compute and data storage, with its own power allocation, cooling and access control. Nothing is shared between clients at the room, rack or key level.
How large can the Moldova site grow?
The long-term master plan envisions up to 1.5 GW, built in phases. Phase 1 is a pilot of about 5 MW, and each later phase is released only when dedicated generation or grid allocation, client commitments and financing are secured.
What kind of power do your sites use?
Grid supply where capacity is available, and behind-the-meter options where it is not, including natural gas generation, solar with battery storage, and, over the longer term, advanced nuclear. We only market capacity backed by validated power.
Do you work with investors and landowners?
Yes. We co-develop with partners who bring capital, land, power rights or signed tenants. Participation is milestone-based and tied to what each partner contributes.
Who owns Euxine Digital?
Euxine Digital LLC is a Delaware company owned by Federal Integrated Management Solutions LLC (d/b/a FIMS Global), headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. All platform decisions are made in Delaware; a local project company is formed only when a site document requires one.
